The purpose of this article is to help you navigate the mobile site. Our mobile site is slightly different than our desktop site and takes a little more knowledge of the website to access.
The first few steps you learn in this article will help you with finding many other tabs you may need throughout the year so as you learn, look around and get familiar with our other features created to enhance your experience.
1. Log into your MyPaymentsPlus account https://www.mypaymentsplus.com/welcome
2. Once you are logged in, you will be automatically brought to your dashboard, click on "My Account"
3. After clicking "My Account" you will be brought to the "My Profile" page. Scroll to the bottom of this page where you will see "My Profile" again, and click it. When you click it, a drop down box will appear and you will see more options to navigate to.
Please note: (On some phones you may be taken directly to a drop down box when selecting "My Account" if so, you can select "Manage Accounts" here and skip to step #5)
4. From the options that appear, click on "Manage Accounts".
5. Once you have done step the last step you will then be directed to the manage accounts screen where you will see other students or staff members that have already been added to your account. If no one has been added, it will be blank.
Now, at the top of your manage account screen you should see a blue button that says "Add Account", click it.
6. Once you have clicked on "Add Account" Select your correct state & district, and then type or paste in the student/staff ID number of the person you'd like to add to your account. If you do not see your district when scrolling, try typing in the name of your district.
7. Once you have completed step 6 you can then type in the last name of the person you'd like to add to your account.
8. Then select the yellow "Add Account" button below where you typed in the last name. Doing this will add your student to your account. If this does not work, you can give us a call and verify if the student ID is correct. There could also be an issue with the way the last name is spelled like a "Johnson Jr." or Johnson-Taylor. Last names have to be entered exactly as we see them on our end.
9. Lastly, we would suggest refreshing your screen or navigating back to your dashboard to see the updated information reflected in all other tabs.
