For security purposes, the username is not changeable. However, you may edit the password.
1. Log into your MyPaymentsPlus parent portal www.mypaymentsplus.com/welcome
2. Once you are logged into your account click on my account>my profile & simply click on change password.
3. Under the 'my profile' section and type in your old, new & confirm new password. Do not forget to click on save changes.
